Product Overview: Combat the Fat is a fat loss guide written by Jeff Anderson the "muscle nerd". Jeff is a former military fitness instructor who after spending years getting our troops in shape, decided to bring his exercise plan to the masses.
But before you start having nightmares about boot camp, Combat the Fat requires you workout for only 45 minutes, 3 times a week over a 12 week period. Many users noticed a difference in their body after just a couple weeks.
Combat the Fat is broken up into three different books. They include a fitness manual, workout log, and a nutrition guide that promotes healthy fat loss. While the guide has a rather demonstrative tone to it that some may find a little harsh (this was originally designed for soldiers after all), others who need a real kick in the behind may find it perfect.
